Sitting around a campfire with a few beers and buddies is where the “Best” ideas come about. Just so happens that this idea was to build a 7 foot tall flat down rail in the woods on a natural slope constructed of tree trunks and some PVC. Follow along for our story of this endeavor.

Killington Vermont Sky Ship Camping and Peace Park
As the clock struck 3 pm on a Saturday, my post-working daze was relieved by a call from friends regarding the snow-covered paradise of Killington Resort. With spontaneity as my guide, I packed essentials into my trusty red truck and hit the road, joining their post-ski tailgate at Killington's Sky Ship lot. Amidst crackling campfires and the allure of the Peace Park, this classic winter escape unfolded.
